- $200 deposit required to guarantee reservation.
- All payments are to be made in US dollars.
- Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are due in full by overnight delivery or credit card.
- Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and Cash.
- 4 persons maximum in a 1 bedroom condo allowed by Hawaii State Law.
- 6 persons maximum in a 2 bedroom condo allowed by Hawaii State Law.
- 5 night minimum requires no additional cleaning fee.
- Rates are subject to Hawaii State and Transient/Accommodation Tax of 11.42%.
- 10 night minimum during Christmas Dec 16-Jan 5.
- Check-in time 3 PM. Check-out time 11 AM.
- If you plan to arrive at the office after 5pm. you should ask for the lockbox combination.
- Late departures must be arranged in advance.
- Additional charges may be assessed for late departure, excessive laundry, extra cleaning or any damage which may occur during your stay.
- Cancellation must be made prior to 60 days of arrival.
- $25.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
- If reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Condos are individually owned and owners appreciate your consideration.
- Upon departure please remove trash from condo.
- Upon departure please leave the dishes and kitchenware clean.
- Prices subject to change without notice until guaranteed by deposit.
